By using our boarding services, owners agree to the following:
Your Cat’s Health:
Proof of your cat’s up to date vaccinations, must be provided on arrival in the form of a veterinary certificate. Please also ensure that your cat is up to date with flea and worm treatment.
We require details of any existing health conditions and reserve the right to contact a veterinary surgeon if deemed necessary during your cat’s stay with us. By signing these terms and conditions at time of boarding you provide your consent for us to do this. Any veterinary costs incurred during your cat’s stay with us will be the responsibility of the owner. We will refuse boarding to any cat that appears unwell.
Should the owner or emergency contacts not be available, consent is given to make any decision necessary regarding the health of your cat, based on the advice of a qualified veterinary surgeon, providing it is in the best interests of your cat.
Owners consent is also given to carry out any follow up care as advised by a veterinary surgeon, including administering medication.
In the unfortunate circumstance that your cat should die or go missing when staying with us, we will contact you immediately and attempt to accommodate your wishes in this situation.
Charges and Collection:
All cats are charged for every day they stay with us. The current tariff can be found under "Tariff." Payment to be made by cash or bank transfer.
If any cat is not collected at the agreed time and the owner or emergency contact have not responded to any contact attempted within 7 days of the arranged collection date, we reserve the right to contact appropriate charities and rescues in order to re-home the cat.
Food and Litter:
We ask that all owners provide sufficient feeding guidelines for their cat. We stock a variety of popular brands. Should you require alternative food, then please provide this on arrival. We also expect owners to disclose any allergy or intolerance information.
We stock and provide wooden pellets in open trays, should your cat require alternative style trays or litter then please provide this on arrival. No discount will be applied when providing your own food or litter.
Stimulation:
Your cat will have access to activity centres in order to engage in their normal behaviour. They will receive human interaction throughout the day during their stay with us.
Belongings:
We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are left with your cat.
We understand that plans change. Deposits are not usually required to secure your dates. However, if you cancel your booking within 7 days of arrival, there will be a cancellation fee totalling 50% of the total booking. For any future bookings after a cancellation, full payment will be required at the time of booking. This payment will be non-refundable.
